Terms of Sale

By placing an order, you agree that artworks, prints, prices, delivery options, and availability are presented subject to confirmation. Original artworks are unique pieces and may become unavailable if sold through another channel before checkout is completed.

Fine art prints are made to order. Production begins after payment confirmation and after the artwork production files have been approved for the selected print family, size, and destination.

Because made-to-order prints are produced specifically for each collector, they are not returnable for change of mind, wrong size selection, or preference changes after production begins. If a print arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement after reviewing photos or video of the issue.

Original artwork purchases may require additional handling, packing, insurance, or shipping confirmation before dispatch. Any special delivery requirements should be discussed before purchase.

Colors may vary slightly between screens and the final physical artwork or print. We use professional production files and archival print methods, but monitor calibration, paper texture, canvas texture, varnish, and lighting conditions can affect how color is perceived.

All artwork images, written copy, product photography, and website content remain the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise stated. Purchasing an artwork or print does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial image usage rights.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of production limits, destination restrictions, catalog changes, or quality concerns, we will contact you with the available options.
