Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my print take to arrive?

Please allow up to 4 weeks for print orders to be dispatched. Most orders are dispatched within a few business days once production starts, but production time can vary by print type, destination, quality control, holidays, and carrier conditions. Tracking is sent as soon as the order is dispatched.

When does the delivery timeline start?

Delivery timelines start from the beginning of print production, not from the order date. If an order needs artwork preparation, address confirmation, or production review, that time happens before dispatch.

How will my print be packaged?

Packaging depends on the product, size, and destination. Smaller paper prints are usually shipped flat where supported. Larger paper prints are normally shipped rolled in a protective tube. Canvas, framed, and specialty products are packed using the safest method available for that product and route.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. The store is designed for international collectors, with print fulfillment routed through the active production catalog where possible. Available products, prices, shipping methods, and delivery timing can vary by country.

Will I need to pay customs fees?

Customs rules vary by destination. UK, EU, and US routes are selected to reduce customs friction where possible, but orders outside domestic or supported routes may incur import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or local handling charges. These are set by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Are the prints archival?

Fine art prints are produced using professional print partners and archival-quality materials selected to preserve detail, color, and surface quality. Exact paper, canvas, frame, and finish options depend on the artwork, print family, and destination.

Are prints made to order?

Yes. Prints are produced after order confirmation. This keeps the catalog flexible, reduces waste, and allows each artwork to be matched to the correct production file, ratio, size, and destination.

Can I return a print?

Made-to-order prints cannot usually be returned for change of mind, wrong size selection, or preference changes after production begins. If a print arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement after reviewing photos or video of the issue.

What if my print is damaged in transit?

Keep all packaging and contact us as soon as possible with clear photos or video of the damage and the packaging. This helps us document the claim and arrange a replacement.

Can I buy the original painting?

If the original is available, it will be shown on the artwork page with its price and availability status. Some works may be sold, reserved, on exhibition, archived, or available only as prints.

Do originals include a certificate?

Original artworks should include a certificate of authenticity or studio documentation unless stated otherwise. If you need specific documentation for a collector file, contact the studio before purchase.

How are original paintings shipped?

Original artwork shipping depends on size, medium, destination, and whether the work is framed or unframed. The studio may ship rolled, flat-packed, or crated depending on the safest method. Large or fragile works may require a custom quote.

Can I commission an original painting?

Commission availability depends on the artist's schedule and whether the project fits the current body of work. Use the contact page to describe the idea, preferred size, timing, destination, and budget range.

Can I request a custom print size?

Some artworks can support additional sizes if the production file and aspect ratio allow it. If the size is not shown on the artwork page, contact the studio and include your preferred dimensions and destination country.

Why are some print options unavailable in my country?

Print availability is based on the active production catalog, destination country, shipping route, and the artwork's prepared production files. If a product is not shown, it may not currently be supported for that destination or artwork ratio.

What payment methods are accepted?

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. The store is designed to support secure online payment, and order fulfillment begins after payment is confirmed.

How do I care for a fine art print?

Keep prints away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperature changes. Frame paper prints with archival materials where possible. Handle unframed prints with clean dry hands or cotton gloves.

How do I care for an original painting?

Avoid direct sunlight, high humidity, and heat sources. Dust gently with a soft dry cloth. Do not use water, solvents, or household cleaners on the painting surface.

How do I contact the studio?

Use the contact page for order questions, commissions, custom size requests, delivery questions, and collector support. Include your order number if you are asking about an existing purchase.
