Shipping and Delivery
Orders may include original artwork, made-to-order fine art prints, or both. Original artworks are packed by the studio. Print orders are produced through the professional print workflow configured for each artwork and destination.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for print orders to be dispatched. Most print orders are dispatched within a few business days once production starts, but timing can vary by product, destination, local holidays, and quality control. Tracking is sent as soon as the order is dispatched.
Delivery timelines are calculated from the start of print production, not from the order date. If an order requires additional confirmation, artwork preparation, or address clarification, we will contact you before dispatch.
Packaging depends on the product, size, and destination. Smaller paper prints are usually shipped flat where the print partner supports it. Larger paper prints are shipped rolled in a protective tube. Canvas and framed products are packed according to the safest available production and carrier method for the destination.
International orders may be produced and shipped from the closest suitable print facility where available. This helps reduce transit time, shipping cost, and customs complexity, but final routing depends on the active production catalog and destination country.
Customs and import taxes vary by country. UK, EU, and US routes are generally selected to reduce customs friction where possible, but buyers outside supported domestic routes may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or local handling charges. These charges are set by the destination country and are not controlled by the studio.
If a shipment arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us as soon as possible with photos or video of the damaged item and packaging. Made-to-order print damage claims are handled through replacement rather than refund whenever possible.
